Group Breathwork Walks

“Just take a breath” only helps if you do it well.

Mouth-and-upper-chest breathing can heighten stress, whilst diaphragmatic nasal breathing can activate your parasympathetic nervous system and help you feel calm.

Join me for a guided walk starting at Stirling Oval. I’ll teach simple, evidence-informed techniques—nasal breathing, longer exhales, cadence breathing—and how to use posture and pace to support both physical and mental health. We’ll practise as we move at a gentle speed, suitable for most fitness levels.

We’ll finish at the Stirling Organic Market for a regular coffee and a relaxed debrief, where you can ask questions and share what you noticed. You’ll also receive an introductory breathwork booklet with step-by-step prompts and ideas for weaving these tools into everyday life—even while walking, commuting, or winding down before sleep.

Bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and an open mind. If you’re looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or simply learn to breathe better, this session will give you practical skills you can use straight away.
