  • Self-Care Days

    At various times throughout the year we run half or full-day Self-Care Days. In beautiful surroundings, we provide an introduction to breathwork and intuition for a small group. A fun, informative day with everyone walking away with some valuable tools for their coping toolbox. The Self-Care Days include nutritious scrumptious food and great company.

  • Group Breathwork Walks

    The instruction, “Just take a breath”, only helps if you do it right. Mouth-and-chest breathing can raise stress. Join me on a walk to learn effective breathing that activates the calming parasympathetic system. We’ll start at Stirling Oval, practise better breath while moving to support physical and mental health, then finish at the Stirling Organic Market for a regular coffee and debrief. You’ll also get an intro breathwork booklet with ways to use these tools daily—even while walking.
